How do I make a reservation?
Open the app, browse nearby venues, select the one you want, and choose your date, time, and party size to book.
What does the verification badge do?
The verification badge is a premium feature that confirms your profile and unlocks unlimited reservations. You can subscribe directly in the app.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, then select 5to9.
How do I change my location settings?
5to9 uses your approximate location to show nearby venues. You can adjust this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → 5to9.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the app, or email us at the address above and we'll take care of it.
